Shenghao Tech
SHENGHAO (Zhuhai Shenghao Technology Co., Ltd.) is a precision manufacturing company in Zhuhai, Guangdong, China — in the Pearl River Delta, about one hour from Hong Kong by ferry. We run five processes under one roof: CNC machining, plastic injection molding (including magnetic plastics), injection mold making, die casting, and surface finishing. For most customers that means one supplier and one point of contact instead of five — and nobody blaming another vendor when a part is late.

If a design will be expensive, fragile or impossible to make as drawn, we tell you before you place the order.

We do not quietly deprioritize a 200-piece run because a larger customer called. For a young company every project matters, and we behave that way.
One factory, one responsibility
Machining, molding, die casting, finishing and packing happen in the same building. Shorter lead times, lower freight cost, and no finger-pointing between vendors.
Our Quality Approach
Every job follows the same path:

Drawing review
Dimensions, tolerances, material and finish are checked before quoting; anything that will cause trouble is flagged.

DFM feedback
Where a small design change would cut cost or improve reliability, we propose it. You decide.

First-article inspection
The first part is measured against the drawing and a report is issued before production continues.

In-process checks
Critical dimensions are verified at set intervals during the run, not only at the end.

Final inspection and report
A dimensional report covering critical features ships with your parts.

Retained samples
We keep samples from every batch, so if a question comes up months later we can trace it.
An Honest Note on Certifications
We are a young company, building our quality system step by step. Rather than display certificates we do not hold, we would rather show you the process above — and if you want to verify it, you are welcome to visit our factory in Zhuhai or request a live video tour of the floor, the inspection room and a job in progress.
