A We treat 20 pieces as a real order, not a sample. Small batches are scheduled on the press like any other job.

Q What tolerances can you hold on CNC machined parts?
A General dimensions are held to ±0.05 mm, and ±0.02 mm is achievable on critical features with a properly designed setup.

Q What file formats do you accept for a quote?
A STEP, IGES, DWG and PDF all work — a 3D file plus a PDF drawing with critical dimensions called out is ideal.
