- DFMEA: Execute Failure Mode and Effects Analysis to pinpoint design flaws, assess risks, and devise mitigation strategies.
- Manufacturability Assessment: Evaluate production feasibility to ensure ease of manufacturing, cost reduction, and efficiency enhancement.
- Supplier Evaluation: Assess suppliers of outsourced components to guarantee their quality systems meet requirements.
- Prototype Validation: Fabricate prototypes or samples, conduct functional and durability tests, gather feedback, iterate on design improvements.

Objective: Ensure compliance of every component with established quality standards, promptly identifying and excluding nonconforming items.
- Incoming Material Inspection: Verify purchased raw materials and components, including dimension, material, appearance, performance testing, etc.
- In-Process Inspection: Implement real-time monitoring during production, utilizing automated checks for dimensions, shapes, positions, etc.
- Final Inspection: Comprehensive check post-production, encompassing functional tests, visual inspections, dimensional verification, performance validation.
